Terms for using Voly

These Terms of Service govern access to Voly, a transaction workspace operated by Venturi3. By using Voly, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Venturi3, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

The service

Voly provides tools for organizing commercial real estate transaction records, people, documents, responsibilities, dates, financial details, and customer-authorized communication activity. Features and integrations may change, be limited by a provider, or be unavailable while they are being built or maintained. Voly is not a bank, escrow service, accounting system, law firm, title company, lender, or financial adviser.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. You may use Voly only for a lawful business purpose and only if you are authorized to act for the person or organization whose records you access. Tell us or your workspace administrator promptly if you believe an account or connection has been compromised.

Your records and connected accounts

You retain your rights in the records and material you submit to Voly. You give Voly the limited permission needed to host, secure, display, process, back up, and connect that material so the service works for you and your workspace. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to upload, share, import, or link the material.

When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, Act!, or another provider, you authorize Voly to perform the actions shown in the connection flow. Provider terms, permissions, outages, and limits also apply. You can disconnect a provider from Voly, but records already imported may remain in your workspace until removed under the workspace's retention rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use Voly to break the law, impersonate another person, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, send unauthorized communications, or access records outside your permissions. We may suspend access when necessary to protect people, records, the service, or a provider relationship.

Transaction responsibility

Voly helps you organize information; it does not verify that a contract, deadline, amount, contact, calendar event, or imported record is complete or correct. You and the professionals involved in a transaction remain responsible for reviewing source documents, obtaining required approvals, meeting legal and contractual deadlines, and making professional decisions.

Availability, termination, and changes

We work to keep Voly available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. You may stop using Voly at any time. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these Terms, a security risk, a provider requirement, or a decision to retire the service. We may update these Terms as the service changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
